This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.744 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Warangal.

On 10.03.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to take personal notice to the respondent. For one reason or other, the petitioner did not take out the notice to the respondent. Again on 21.04.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to take out personal notice on the respondent and file proof of service. For one reason or other, the petitioner did not take out personal notice to the respondent. Again on 06.06.2016, while granting interim stay, this Court directed the petitioner to take out personal notice to the respondent and file proof of service in the Registry within two weeks. In spite of the said directions, the petitioner did not take any steps to serve notice on the respondent on the above dates. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
