THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13928 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner had applied on 16-02-2016, 17-02-2016 and 10-03-2016 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds before the 4th respondent, but the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner ought to apply in Form 6A prescribed in the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") with supporting documents to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and if such application is filed, the 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to apply in Form 6A prescribed under the Act with supporting documents to the 4th respondent for mutation as well as for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. If such application is filed, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
