HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO A.S. No.1269 of 1998 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel would submit that following the submission made by her on 18.12.2017, a notice was sent to the appellant, but it was returned with an endorsement 'no such addressee in the said door number'. Thus, the learned counsel expressed her inability to proceed with the matter.

It is an old appeal of the year 1998 and it appears that the parties are no more interested in prosecuting the appeal by contacting the counsel and furnishing the correct addresses.

In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
