THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.4160 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not enhancing 50% consolidated pay to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to enhance 50% consolidated pay to the petitioner from the date of completion of 5 years of service.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this writ petition has become infructuous.
