HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 4102 of 2010 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner and not providing police protection as security from the persons obstructing the petitioner entering into the land in D.No.905/1-B.2 of Peda Kakani village, Guntur District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not subsist as on today, but he seeks liberty to file fresh Writ Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
