Ayineedi Rama Subrahmanyam, S/O. Narasaiah v. State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36765 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the third respondent in considering the application dated 22.08.2015, made by the petitioner, seeking to grant pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.4.70 cents in Survey No.182/2 of Sivarampuram Revenue Village, Tallur Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application made for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds is pending since last few months and as such suitable direction may be given to pass orders on the said application. Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection, provided the application is still pending consideration.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to dispose of the application dated 22.08.2015, made by the petitioner, seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.4.70 cents in Survey No.182/2 of Sivarampuram Revenue Village, Tallur Mandal, Prakasam District, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
