Manohar Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri V.V. Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, for further interim relief in O.A.No.4242 of 2016. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

As the writ petition itself has been withdrawn, we see so reason to order the implead petition in W.P.M.P.No.15230 of 2017 and the same is accordingly dismissed.

Pending other miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
