This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused to quash proceedings in C.C.No.3OB of 2018, on the Iile of Judicial Magistrate ol First Class at Atmakur, Ma-hbubnagar District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been transferred to some other Court and his client has not given aly instructions regarding status of the case in the Court be1ow. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of cause survives. Miscellaneous applications pending, if ary, shall stand closed.
