This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the orders dated 31.08.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3563 of 2009 in Crime No.357 of 2009 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
