THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI LAAS.NO.516 OF 2010 AND CROSS OBJECTIONS (SR) NO.11493 OF 2010 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} While Sri G.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent-claimants, would contend that the subject matter of this appeal is covered by the order of a Division Bench of this Court in LAAS.No.472 of 2008 and Batch dated 19.06.2018 necessitating both the appeal and the cross objections to be dismissed, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the aforesaid order of the Division Bench necessitates reconsideration.

We have perused the earlier order of the Division Bench in which one of us (NBY,J) was a member. We see no reason to take a view different from that of the earlier Division Bench. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this appeal and the cross objections are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
