HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.536 OF_2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in considering complaints dated 26.11.2012 and 27.12.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent after making preliminary enquiry into the grievance, through communication dated 21.01.2013 advised the parties to work out their grievances before a civil Court. In view of the steps taken by the 2nd respondent and communication issued, it appears the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.
