HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5366 OF 2003 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 21.10.2002 passed by the 1st respondent in ID.No.204/1999 which was allowed by the Labour Court setting aside the order dated 14.12.1998 passed by the petitioner company dismissing the 2nd respondent from service.

When the matter is listed today, learned counsel for the petitioner company submits that the petitioner company is not in existence as the same is wound up.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
