Ms. M. Anitha holding for Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri submits that Sri Moin Ahmed Quadri has given no objection and for the present they are not holding the brief.

From the papers it appears the petitioners have not engaged any other advocate to represent them. From the prayer it appears the petitioners are praying for a broad and sweeping relief, which cannot and could not be considered in the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Further, with the passage of time and due to changed circumstances, the petitioners may not be interested in working out the writ prayer.

For the above reasons, writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
