THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12219 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner had filed an application on 15.07.2015 in Form VI (A) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before respondent No.3 for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds in her favour for the land admeasuring Acs.2.10 cents in Survey No.262 and Ac.1.50 cents in Survey No.306-A of Ponnekallu Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent on the said application till date.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.3 will pass orders on the petitioner's application within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 15.07.2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
