This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 19.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.176 of 2016 in O.S.No.73 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Udayagiri.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.73 of 2008 on 15.09.2017.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
