HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.8660 OF 2013 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.141 of 2013 of LMD Colony Police Station, Karimnagar District.

2. No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the Investigating Officer filed a Final Report on 31.03.2017 in the aforesaid crime requesting the learned Magistrate to close the crime on the ground that the dispute is 'civil in nature'.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
