HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.277 of 2017 ORDER :

The revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 01.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1826 of 2016 in Crime No.34 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for N.D.P.S.Cases, Visakhapatnam. The said petition was filed for interim custody of the motor vehicle seized by the police. Heard both sides.

The revision is allowed modifying conditions (1) and (2) of para-6 of the impugned order of value of the vehicle to be assessed by the Motor Vehicle's Inspector for that bank guarantee into 1 1⁄2 times value of the immovable property security by deposit of the original title deeds by execution of bond in favour of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli or the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, pursuant to the direction of the Sessions Judge as the case may be, by deposit of original documents by executing bond on Rs.100/ - confirming the deposit of title deeds and to keep the same alive.
