THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14178 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in his proceedings No.384/A1/04 dated 13.06.2005 removing the petitioners from service as highly unjust, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 12.04.2016. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption ' f or dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
