The grievance of the petitioners is that they have made representations dated 28.09.2016, 15.04.2011 and 25.10.2016 for re-fixing the pensionary benefits with effect from 01.04.2010 in terms of revised pay scales ordered in T.O.O.(CGM-HRD&TRG) M.S.No.14, dated 15.04.2010. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the issue in the writ petition is covered by order dated 29.07.2011 in WP.No.16613/2006, still the respondents are not acting on the representations of the petitioners. Notices were issued and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent appeared and sought time.

Since the representations of the petitioners are stated to be pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to consider the said representations and take a decision. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners and take action within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 02.04.2018 tk
