HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 9317 of 2019 ORDER:

1) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action against the encroachers, land grabbers while encroaching the Wakf Land and raising temporary structures in Sy.Nos.80/ 38, 80/ 37, 80/ 36, 80/ 28 to 35, 80/ 16 to 23, 80/ 1, 4, 5, 6, 6/ 1, 6/ 2, 80/ 6, 80/ 15, 80/ 1, 1 to 8 admeasuring 225 acres situated at Faqeer Malla, Kurmulguda Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which was published in the Gazette No.6A dated 09.02.1989 as illegal and arbitrary.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.A. Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

3) The only grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner made a representation, dated 05.03.2019, seeking protection of the Wakf property, till date no action has been taken by the respondent-authorities.

4) Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 05.03.2019, made by the

petitioner in its true law and spirit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
