Heard Mr. M.R.S.Srinivas learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court on 23.1.2015, passed the following docket order: "Notice before admission. The third respondent shall consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's request dated 6.1.2015 - Ex.P-1,taking into consideration the ratio of the decision of this court in W.P.No.31277/2011, dated 21.12.2011. The petitioner is at liberty to produce copy of the said order before the third respondent." He further submits that in view of the above interim order and also with the completion of two years agreement period, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
