THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21184 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.S.Praveen Kumar for petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.G.Narender Reddy for 5th respondent.

On 20.06.2018, this Court directed the respondents to file counter affidavit and in default to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/ - towards costs to the credit of Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Telangana.

Today, learned Government Pleader places before the Court Memo, dated 25.07.2018 reporting deposit of costs of Rs.2,000/ - as directed by this Court. He seeks further time for filing counter affidavit.

Mr.T.S.Praveen Kumar limits his prayer to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of representations dated 06.01.2011, 04.04.2006, 24.08.2015 and 08.12.2015. The Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondents 2 to 4 would consider and dispose of the representations, referred to above, within eight weeks.

Keeping in view the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representations dated 06.01.2011,

04.04.2006, 24.08.2015 and 08.12.2015 within fifteen days from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) Respondents 2 to 4 consider and dispose of the representations, referred to above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of re-submission, as stated above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
