This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.4124 ol 2021 on the lile of the learned XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District (for short, "the trial Court") for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 5O4 r/w 34 of I.P.C.

Heard Mr.tr.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1 -State.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.4124 of 2O2l before the trial Court, has ended up in compromise between the parties vide judgment dated 01.02.2023. Therefore, he submits that no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous. 4.

Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
