THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16803 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not filing charge sheet in FIR No.300 of 2012 dt. 01.09.2012 registered on the file of respondent No.2 police station as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct respondent No.2 to file charge sheet."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that charge sheet was filed in the year, 2014. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as no further orders are necessary in this Petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
