JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of certiorari call for records pertaining to OA No.106 of 2015, dated 31.08.2015 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and quash the same." Today, we have dismissed W.P.No.12609 of 2016. Sri P.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is the same as raised in W.P.No.12609 of 2016.

Following the order in W.P.No.12609 of 2016, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP (SR) No.66612 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
