Petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the order of the third respondent in proceedings No.B/4323/2008 dated 15.04.2010. Petitioner claims that the said order was communicated to him only recently and that he has filed an appeal on 16.03.2015 before the second respondent.

2. It is, however, noticed that the said appeal is in the form of a representation and if the petitioner intends to question the impugned order of the third respondent, he must file a regular appeal in the proper form explaining the reasons as to why the appeal is being preferred after lapse of time. If such an appeal is preferred, the second respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
