HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18454 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed with the following direction:
"to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner to get survey the Land and demarcate the boundaries by meets and bounds in Sy Nos.260/61 (a) to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cts land situated at Jagiryal village through the petitioner remitted the fee for the survey vide receipt No.TTDER021600081378 dt.06.02.2016 as illegal and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to survey the land and demarcate the boundaries by meets and bounds in Sy.Nos.260/61 (a) to an extent of Ac.05.00 Cts land situated at Jagiryal Village."
2. Heard both sides.
3. Both the counsel stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order, dated 28.01.2016, of this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch.
