As there was no representation for the petitioner on 04.06.2018, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on 11.06.2018, 18.06.2018 and 19.06.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today again there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
