The petitioner challenges suspension of authorization pending enquiry into the charges leveled against him. 2.

The petitioner, though tried to challenge the order of suspension on factual and legal contentions, I am not inclined to either refer to these submissions or record a finding thereon. Petitioner impugnes the order dated 16.09.2016.

Explanation is already submitted by petitioner. Therefore, it is in fitness of things that the fourth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
