ORDER

This application is filed to enlarge the time for compliance of conditions imposed in the order dated 29.07.2O20 in Crl.P. No.2936 ot 2O2O. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not comply with the above order within the stipulated time as the petitioner was suffering from cancer.

Considering the above submission, this petition is disposed of extending three more weeks time from today to the petitioner for complying with the order dated 29.07.2O2O in Crl.P. No.2936 ol 2O2O.
