This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents, particularly respondent Nos.2 to 4, in not issuing new Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.314/ AA, situated at Kandukur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.

The material placed on record reveals that the petitioner herein is owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.314/ AA, situated at Kandukur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. However, the petitioner has not submitted an application to the authorities concerned in Form-6A prescribed under Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to mutate the aforementioned land in his name and for issue of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an application to respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy Disrtrict, in Form-6A prescribed under Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to mutate the aforementioned land in his name and for issue of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds. On filing of such application, the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is directed to examine and dispose of the same under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, expeditiously. 5 .

With the above observation/ direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
