ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the aqua culture activity by the petitioners pending their applications for permissions. At the hearing, Mr.Ch.N.Mehar Baba, learned counsel representing Mr.Ch.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the applications made by his clients were subsequently disposed of and that they have made fresh applications. The learned counsel has accordingly submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 09.06.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.17861 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.17861 of 2011 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
