THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN W.P.No.9379 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in disposing of the petitioner's representation dt.03.04.2019 for addition of 10 years practice in the bar towards qualifying service and for refixing of pension and gratuity of the petitioner, who was a former Member (Judicial) of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal and a designated Senior Advocate of this Court. 2.

Sri R.Sridhar, Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.03.04.2019 within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
