When this matter is being listed on 22.09.2017, it was directed to be posted on 05.10.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 05.10.2017, when it is represented by Sri S.D.Goud learned counsel representing on behalf of the appellant that Sri Aravala Ramarao, has given up his vakalat and requested time to advance arguments, the matter was directed to be posted on 13.10.2017. When the matter was listed on 23.10.2017, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant died and he intends to take steps. On such representation, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.11.2017. Though the matter was listed on 17.11.2017, 25.01.2018, 01.02.2018, the same was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. When the matter is again listed on 08.02.2018, it was again represented that the appellant's counsel became Standing Counsel and sought time. On such, representation, the matter was directed to be posted after ten days finally.

Even when the matter listed today i.e., 22.02.2018, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. It

shows that the either the appellant or his counsel is not evincing any interest in pursuing the case.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this MACMA shall stand dismissed.
