HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2466 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.507 of 2004 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 420, 471 IPC read with Section 468 IPC, against him.

During hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State submits that the earlier application filed by the petitioner/A4 along with the other accused for quashment of the aforesaid proceedings was dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 04.06.2018 in Crl.P.No.10113 of 2017, and therefore, the present criminal petition is liable to be dismissed. A copy of the said order is produced before the Court. 3.

Since the earlier application filed by the petitioner/A4 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04.06.2018 in Crl.P.No.10113 of 2017, the present criminal petition with self same relief is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
