THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI C.R.P.no.258 of 2014 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a memo before the Registry stating that on the intervention of elders and well-wishers the matter has been compromised between the parties and that the petitioner is not pressing the revision petition and that, therefore, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision also shall stand dismissed.
