This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner's case for transferring her to nearby place of spouse as per Government Memo, dated 20-06-2018 and not disposing of the representation/appeal, dated 22-10-2019 and 31-01-2019 by the respondents, while considering similarly placed persons, as arbitrary, unjust and also to declare that she is entitled to be posted to nearby place of spouse in a clear vacancy i.e. ZPH School, Bogaram, Medchal District or ZPH School, Bollaram, Sangareddy District or any other place with all consequential benefits. 3.
Heard Sri M.Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner contends that she is working as School Assistant in Physical Sciences and she has completed eight years of service at ZPH School, Kandlaka, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, and the petitioner was to be compulsorily transferred from the said place. She further submits that she had participated in the transfer counseling but the respondents have not properly considered her case and she was transferred to Kohir, Kohir Mandal, Sangareddy District
AKS,J W.P.No.9365 of 2019 (erstwhile Medak District), vide proceedings, dated 08-07-2018, ignoring her preferred places for transfer. Aggrieved by the same, she preferred statutory appeal to the 3rd respondent on 22-10-2018 but so far, the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders in the appeal preferred by her, thereafter, she submitted another reminder on 31-01-2019 requesting 3rd respondent to consider the appeal and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submits that the 3rd respondent would consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation/appeal, dated 22-10-2019 and 31-01-2019 preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 7.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
