This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner's case for transferring him to nearby place of spouse as per Government Memo, dated 20-06-2018 and not disposing of the representation/appeal, dated 23-02-2019 by the respondents, while considering similarly placed persons, as arbitrary, unjust and also to declare that he is entitled to be posted to nearby place of spouse in a clear vacancy i.e. ZPH School, Palamakula, Rangareddy District or any other place with all consequential benefits. 3.

Heard Sri M.Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner contends that he is working as School Assistant in Mathematics and he has completed eight years of service at ZPH School, Kotepalli, Kotepalli Mandal, Vikarabad District, and he was to be compulsorily transferred from the said place. He further submits that he had participated in the transfer counseling but the respondents without properly considering his case, transferred him to Kotapally, Vikarabad District, vide proceedings, dated 08-07-2018, ignoring his preferred places. Aggrieved by the same, he preferred

AKS,J W.P.No.9382 of 2019 statutory appeal/representation to the respondents on 23-02-2019 but so far, the respondents have not passed any orders thereon. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation/appeal, dated 23-02-2019 preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
