THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10790 of 2021 ORDER:

Challenging the action of the respondent No. 1 in fixing Red markings on the compound walls of the property of the petitioner, with regard to Nala, the petitioner has approached this Court. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, has stated that in case the existing Nala is in the midst of the property of the petitioner, official respondents will take action in accordance with law duly putting the petitioner on notice. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in respect of the subject property without following due process of law. In case the existing Nala is in the midst of the property of the petitioner, the respondents shall follow due process of law and pass appropriate orders as per law after putting the petitioner on notice.
