Yes/No HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.25363 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner states that he has made appropriate
application for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and title deed. The petitioner, however, has filed two representations, one dated 12.05.2015 to the Tahsildar and another dated 13.07.2015 to the District Collector, Anantapur. Under proceedings of the District Collector, dated 20.07.2015, the Tahsildar, Guntakal, was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action. The petitioner complains of the inaction on the part of the respondents.
Petitioner's application is in requisite proforma under Form VI-A of the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act (for short 'the Act') and in accordance with the rules framed under Act. The respondents, therefore, are directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
