Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 08.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 are threatened them by asking them to submit the original acknowledgement given by them for the original board resolution submitted by them even though they are showing them the photocopy of the same is absolutely false and hence denied.
It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 are asking him in the name of investigation even after all the material from their side has been submitted to them and threatening to close their company is utterly false and hence denied. It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioners by calling them to the police station and threatening to settle at the instigation of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 is absolutely false and hence denied. All the allegations made in the affidavit are false, baseless and concocted and more particularly invented for the purpose of filing the present writ petition and hence the same are denied." 3.
A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 08.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police
Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
