Heard Mr. P. Sudheer Rao, counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner prays for a mandamus to declare the proceedings Nos.
SC:HYD:SO, dated 13.03.2013, and SC:AP:CUMBUM, dated 06.11.2013, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The respondents neither filed counter affidavit nor considered and disposed of the grievance brought to their notice by the petitioner through representations dated 01.04.2013 and 19.09.2013. It is in fitness of things that the 1st respondent takes a decision on the representations and communicates the same to the petitioner expeditiously.

This Court on 11.12.2013 granted status quo order and the same is subsisting as on date.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by the following order: (a) Both parties are directed to maintain interim order, dated 11.12.2013, for a period of three months from today.
(b) Petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representations along with a copy of this order to the 1st respondent within four weeks from today.
(c) The 1st respondent examines the grievance, takes a decision and informs the same to the
petitioner before expiry of three months period, referred to above.
No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
