Heard.

The petitioner seeks pattadar passbooks with respect to the land as claimed in the prayer of the writ petition on the basis of registered title documents issued in her favour. However, the request of the petitioner was rejected by the 5th respondent in proceedings Rc.No.B.388/2007, dated 03-09-2007. On an appeal filed by the petitioner against the said order, the 3rd respondent has set aside the order of the 5th respondent under Ex.P-4, dated 17-09-2008 and directed the 5th respondent to issue pattadar passbooks to the petitioner. However, the said order was questioned by the 6th respondent in a further revision before the 4th respondent, who allowed the revision under Ex.P-5, dated 22-01-2009 setting aside the order of the 3rd respondent, dated 17-09-2008 and directed the 5th respondent to issue pattadar passbooks in Form 14B only to the petitioner or to any one whenever they produce evidence with regard to undisputed title over the land and an unambiguous evidence with regard to possession over the land.

Thereafter, the 5th respondent has issued endorsement (Ex.P-7) dated 03-10-2015 calling upon the petitioner to satisfy the conditions and provisions cited in the order pronounced by the 4th respondent. In response thereto, the petitioner stated to have filed a detailed representation (Ex.P-8) on 23-12-2015 and seeks consideration of the same.

From the various orders, referred to above, it is evident that the 5th respondent has to pass appropriate orders in terms of the orders

passed by the 4th respondent in the revision petition. Since the petitioner is stated to have filed representation, dated 23-12-2015, it is appropriate to direct the 5th respondent to consider the same after notice to the petitioner and the 6th respondent and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
