This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the representation dated 27.10.2017.

A perusal of the representation shows that the petitioner wanted examination of the Revenue Records from 1990 to till date, demarcate the land covered by the sale deed dated 18.6.1993 executed by one V.Satyavathi in his favour and remove all entries in the relevant columns of the Revenue Records pertaining to the land of an extent of Ac.23.04 guntas situated in Hussainpur Village, Allapur Panchayathi, Toopran Mandal, Medak district.

It is the case of the petitioner that the said land was purchased by his father under a sale deed dated 18.6.1993 but the sale deed was not registered. The vendor is stated to have shifted her family to Kakinada and she died on 13.2.1996. 4.

In such circumstances, in view of the unregistered sale deed, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law but the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2017 cannot be directed to be considered by the

4th respondent in the manner indicated by the petitioner in his representation.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition and it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
