Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent passed the rejection order dated 1.11.2014 and hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 1.11.2014, if he so chooses. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
