THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9391 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th and 6th respondents in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner by directing the petitioner to vacate the house property bearing H.No.13-1-182, Ashok Nagar Colony, Opp.Bus Station, Bhadrachalam Town and Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District, at the instance of 7th respondent, since the injunction order is in favour of Ms.Rajeswari who is the mother of the petitioner, without registering any crime against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 5th respondent cannot interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and her mother at the instance of 7th respondent, who has no role in the said dispute.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on complaint of 7th respondent, the petitioner was called to the police station on 24.04.2019 to inquire into the matter; that the 5th respondent never called the petitioner to the police station on 25.04.2019 or any other date thereafter; and that they never involved in the civil disputes nor threatened the petitioner to vacate the house. The allegation made by the petitioner that the 5th respondent is involving in the civil disputes of the petitioner is false and the same was denied.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
