HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1737 of 2017 ORDER :
This Criminal Revision Case is arising out of the order dated 18.03.2017 in M.C.No.207 of 2015 passed by the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, directing the respondent therein to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to petitioner No.1 and a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month to petitioner No.2 towards their maintenance from the date of filing of the petition, besides directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to petitioner Nos.1 and 2 towards costs of the petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents/petitioners and perused the material on record.
The respondents in the revision have filed I.A.No.1 of 2018 seeking to permit the respondent/revision petitioner to compromise the Criminal Revision Case filed against the impugned order dated 18.03.2017. Along with interlocutory application, a Joint Memo was also filed by the revision petitioner and the respondents stating that the matter is settled out of the Court. They have also filed a Matrimonial
GSP,J Crl.RC.No.1737 of 2017 Settlement Deed along with the above application and requested to allow the revision in terms of the compromise entered into between both the parties.
Both the parties along with their respective counsel are present before this Court and stated that they have settled the matter outside the Court in terms of the Matrimonial Settlement Deed dated 03.03.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the compromise is recorded in terms of Settlement Deed filed by both the parties. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
