Ramasubramanian) Mr. Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement on the case bundle. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition stand closed.
