2018-03-08S.V.Bhatt2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.7632 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner on 12.12.2017 filed application for review of order in Case No.A4/CPC/626/2015, dated 09.06.2017 before the 2nd respondent. One of the grievances in the writ petition is that the 2nd respondent ought to have disposed of the review petition expeditiously, having regard to reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed along with review petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that this Court considers directing the 2nd respondent to expeditiously dispose of the review petition in Case No.A4/CPC/626/2015.

Without expressing a view on the merits, now canvassed before the 2nd respondent, keeping in view the limited grievance of inaction and to meet the ends of justice, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. "The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the review filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and petitioner is given liberty to file copy of this order along with a memo and pray for a date, before the 2nd respondent."

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
