Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 09.03.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Nizamabad District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "On receipt of communication about the filing of the present writ petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records of this respondent police station including the Station General Diary as to whether any complaint has been lodged against the petitioners herein. No complaint whatsoever was received in this respondent police station till date.

It is humbly submitted that it is always open for the petitioners to approach this respondent police and lodge complaint about their grievance. This respondent shall act basing on the complaint if any received by them including taking action against the unofficial respondents herein. It appears that the case of the petitioners herein is purely matrimonial issue.

This respondent police ready and willing to provide police protection if necessary, if the petitioners approaches this respondent police station and lodge any complaint. As of now, either the petitioners or the unofficial respondents did not approach this respondent police station about their grievance.

This respondent shall abide by the directions if any passed by this Hon'ble Court."

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 09.03.2018 furnished by the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Nizamabad District. However, it is open to the petitioners herein to approach the police authorities for redressal of their grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
